Strengthening the culture of social responsibility and initiating constructive dialogue with various stakeholders. This is the objective of the social balance sheet, an innovative form of reporting, resulting from an internal analysis process through which ANCI Lombardia gives an account of its choices, resources employed, activities carried out, and results achieved during the congressional mandate spanning from September 2009 to September 2014. The social balance sheet, indeed, provides all stakeholders – municipalities and citizens first and foremost – with an informational basis to understand and formulate an informed assessment of how the organization interprets and realizes its mission of social representation.
The social balance sheet represents the work carried out over the 5-year mandate by the entire ANCI Lombardia System, which, in addition to ANCI, includes Federsanità Lombardia and Ancitel Lombardia. It should be noted that the data presented are updated as of the first semester of 2014, just before the ordinary assembly of last July 4th of ANCI Lombardia, during which the new statute was approved. The financial data is updated to the 2013 fiscal year and compared with 2009, the year the congressional mandate began.
