The interventions proposed by AnciLab are aimed at achieving full satisfaction in addressing the needs expressed by stakeholders:

• Local administrations tasked with pursuing benefits for local communities;
• Citizens, generally within the framework of intervention programs falling under the action plans of public administrations;
• Public administrations, such as provincial, regional, and state administrations, within the framework of programs for the promotion, coordination, and support of local administrations;
• Local networks composed of public, private, and third-sector entities aimed at creating opportunities for territorial development;
• ANCI Lombardia, for the pursuit of its statutory purposes.

We aim at merging our experiences, gained over almost a quarter of a century of activity, with innovations that intertwine transparent, solid, and lasting territorial relationships aimed at enhancing the role of local public administrations as the cornerstone of broader alliances with private entities to produce public value.

AnciLab operates by developing interventions primarily for Lombardian municipalities, yet the experiences gained in Lombardy have also grown into activities carried out in support of other regional ANCI offices.

The activation of network relationships has been contingent upon agreements signed between ANCI Lombardia and the involved regional ANCI offices.
