We have been tasked by Anci Lombardia to support municipalities in the development of civil service. Anci Lombardia coordinates the activities of a network of regional ANCI branches: Abruzzo, Umbria, Marche, Sardinia, Liguria, Piedmont, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and Sicily. Additionally, Veneto and ANCI national have their own accreditations, managed in agreement with Anci Lombardia.
AnciLab’s services enhance the civil service experience, allowing 1200 municipalities to co-design interventions across 16 Italian regions. The network of municipalities, scanci.it, highlights volunteers’ activities as a training and learning experience in service of the country, offers certification of acquired professional skills, and guides young people in understanding the opportunities offered by the territories in which they live.
