The second Lab’impact workshop addressed the theme of the relationship between the Codes of Public Contracts and the Third Sector, which particularly impacts the realization of local welfare and assumes a leading role in outlining solutions and perspectives for its development.
The laboratory pathway aimed to connect topics with a strong legal connotation to issues emerging from the concrete implementation of local welfare processes. In these processes, the roles of Local Public Administration and the Third Sector are crucial in creating virtuous strategies for the active involvement of a multitude of stakeholders with diverse cultures and multidimensional approaches.
Starting from this scenario, we sought to provide support for the initiation and consolidation of local networks within a community empowerment framework.
