The Assignment of Gas Distribution Services. Tenders for the assignment of natural gas distribution, following DM 226/2011, represent a challenge for municipalities. The regulations have required both a redefinition of established relationships between municipalities and operators, particularly regarding economic agreements, and new methods of managing tenders, which require the formation of associated management structures during their preparation and the management of related contracts.
