The first part of the volume presents reflections useful for identifying methodological tools and appropriate legal approaches to promote the development of community welfare in local contexts. Particular attention has been paid to the formulation of strategies and governance models that, more than others, allow for the promotion of processes of cohesion and social inclusion through the development of shared responsibility among all the actors participating in the community.
After presenting the more strictly legal and methodological content, territorial experiences are showcased, allowing the topic of co-planning to be addressed through the direct voices of some local representatives from both the networks implementing the Lab’Impact actions and other successful experiences already underway in the Lombardy region.
