Youth and National Civil Service

The survey, which involved volunteers from the Scanci.it system working in Italian municipalities, provides useful insights into the needs of civil service operators by capturing the trends that influence their choices regarding education, work, and life projects.
The Scanci.it network daily collects the need for a strategic integration of young resources within municipalities, focusing not only on the needs of the entities but, more importantly, on the aspirations of young people who are drivers of new ideas and projects. For young people in civil service, the most urgent issue is finding employment that meets economic needs and improves their quality of life.
