This publication is the result of the collaborative work of professionals who have contributed with dedication and expertise. The volume presents the results obtained from the “Gas PlaNet” project funded by the PON Governance and Institutional Capacity program and reports on the achievements.
Its aim is to offer a model for organizing the preliminary work leading up to the publication of the tender, to provide a concise overview of the current regulatory framework for gas distribution, and to analyse the main challenges and open issues.
Ten years after the publication of Ministerial Decree 226 of 2011, Anci Lombardia continues its efforts to support municipalities in overcoming the difficulties caused by a regulatory framework that does not facilitate the implementation of the sector reform.
