After a structured and systematic process aimed at enhancing a corporate culture focused on inclusivity, AnciLab, service company of ANCI Lombardia, has obtained certification for gender equality according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard.
AnciLab achieved the maximum score in the assessment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a satisfaction level of 100%. This means that in relation to the entire list of applicable indicators, the certifying body has found evidence supporting the assignment of the maximum score.
The standard encompasses a set of recommendations, constraints, and obligations that, in the specific case of AnciLab, integrated tools, procedures, and best practices that were already in place within the company, such as the welfare plan introduced in 2017, the updated smart working regulation in 2023, and the one from 2017 about access to employment within the company.
